WEDNESDAY NIGHT

EVENTS & ACTIVITIES

The Society produces two unique, evening events on Wednesday of Fair week. One event is for the students, while the other is an opportunity for their teachers, mentors, fair directors, and parents to have their own chance to network and enjoy a fun night out. Dinner is always provided, but the venue and activities vary and may include dance parties, bowling, coffee bars, or karaoke. About 1,250 adults enjoy their exclusive night out. After a long day of judging on Wednesday of Fair week, both the Grand Awards and Special Awards judges relish the opportunity to unwind and network. Judges are invited to this dessert and cocktail reception that starts as the first group of judges complete their work. Nearly 1,000 judges will visit this event throughout the evening.
