BRANDING OPPORTUNITIES

The Registration Complex is centrally located and is the official entry point into ISEF. This complex includes domestic and international registration as well as housing, tours, and special assistance. Key staff work in the Complex throughout week, supported by 10 or more core volunteers and 50–75 general volunteers to manage the volume of registrants on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday and the judges’ registration on Tuesday and Wednesday. The Registration Complex is located in a high-traffic area that features lots of branding opportunities on the structure itself. SPONSOR THE REGISTRATION COMPLEX

While there is plenty to do during the week, students and adult attendees also have lots of time to network and take a break from the competition itself. At ISEF, we afford the opportunity to either sponsor a lounge created and outfitted by the Society or to create an activation showcasing a specific corporation or organization. A company may demonstrate their latest products or, even better, inspire attendees with what they are working on in their own labs. These lounges and activations are open all week and are located in prominent areas. Pricing for creating an activation experience in the ISEF quad starts at $50,000 per company, plus company activation expenses.
