BRANDING OPPORTUNITIES

The volunteer center is where more than 1,200 volunteers are managed and dispatched to their assigned locations throughout the Fair. This sponsorship subsidizes the hardware, software, network, and data systems for volunteer management, as well as meals and coffee breaks. Signage is located in the center and the break room. Some of our delegations travel more than 24 hours to attend ISEF. Often they arrive without the arrangements or proper currency to make their way from the airport to their hotels. This will be especially challenging in 2020 in Southern California, where LAX is the primary international airport, and public transport from the airport is scarce. The Society works with a destination management company to collect travel data from attendees and help them book transportation that runs from LAX and John Wayne Airport (SNA) in Orange County to the Anaheim hotels, ensuring that attendees are greeted at the airport and find their way efficiently and safely from the airport to their hotel. Transportation is provided on Saturday and Sunday inbound and Friday and Saturday outbound. SPONSOR AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
